As Director of Development, Rhea writes grants for Groundwork, oversees the annual appeal and donor outreach, and organizes fundraising events.
Before joining Groundwork, Rhea worked for three years as a fundraiser in the Annual Fund at Barnard College. Prior to that, she served for 9 years as Director of the Columbia University Archives, where she developed the University’s first Archives and wrote several successful grants.
