Elias Dagher, Board Member

Elias Dagher has over 25 years of diverse engineering design, planning, and management experience. He founded Dagher Engineering in 2000 to focus on the design and construction of environmentally responsible and sustainable cities and buildings. To date, the firm’s work has been recognized for its innovation, both nationally and internationally.

Elias sits on the Mechanical Code Committee for the City of New York as well as the Board of Advisors Committee for the Manhattan College Council on Engineering Affairs. He lectures extensively on topics related to energy generation, storage, distribution, conservation, and innovative and sustainability design concepts.

Prior to founding Dagher Engineering, Elias was the Managing Principal of a large multi-national New York based firm that also had branch offices in London and Brisbane. Prior to this, he held various staff and management positions at a large New York utility company.

Elias is a registered Professional Engineer in New York State and several other states, and is also LEED accredited. He holds BS and MS degrees in Mechanical Engineering from Manhattan College, as well as an MS degree in Business Administration from Pace University.
