6/29/17— A Night with Community Garden Guru, Lucy Moreno

Lucy is a long-time Community Coordinator for Greyston Project, where she has worked since 1995.  In the past, she has worked for Beczak Environmental Education Center and the Yonkers Board of Education. Throughout her garden projects, she has been able to touch many lives, educate many children, and provide services to many residents of Yonkers.  She has observed changes in eating habits and community involvement.  Lucy has much respect for volunteers and believes they are at the core of many of her success stories.
